Acceptance

By accessing or using the ORO Talent Hub Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

ORO Talent Hub provides a Chrome Extension designed to monitor Amazon UK warehouse job listings. It uses smart scanning and local browser technology to alert users instantly when shifts become available.

Not Affiliated with Amazon

ORO Talent Hub is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. All trademarks, service marks, and company names are the property of their respective owners.

No Guarantee of Employment

The use of ORO Talent Hub does not guarantee employment or the successful acquisition of any job or shift. The extension solely functions as an alert mechanism for publicly available information.

User Obligations

You agree to use the extension only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service.

License Restrictions

Your license to use ORO Talent Hub is non-transferable. You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the extension to any third party. Redistribution of the software is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms & UK Digital Supply Regulations

ORO Talent Hub is offered as a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscription fees. Payment must be made in full before access to the license key is granted.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulations 37 and 39), you expressly consent to the immediate performance and supply of digital content upon transaction completion, and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation cooling-off right is waived and extinguished once your license key has been delivered.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the extension, including but not limited to code, design, and branding, are owned by ORO Talent Hub. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the software.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ORO Talent Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the extension.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ORO Talent Hub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
