This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which ORO Talent Hub issues refunds for our Chrome Extension. By purchasing our product, you agree to this policy.

Digital Goods Policy

ORO Talent Hub provides a digital software product designed to monitor Amazon UK warehouse job listings and alert you instantly when shifts become available using smart scanning and local browser technology. As a digital good that is instantly delivered and activated, it is generally non-refundable once the license key has been issued and activated.

UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 & Cancellation Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily possess a 14-day statutory cancellation right for distance contracts. However, pursuant to Regulations 37 and 39 regarding the supply of digital content:

• By purchasing an ORO Talent Hub PRO license, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital access and license key generation.
• You expressly acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of cancellation is waived and lost once performance of the digital service has begun and your license key is delivered.

Refund Eligibility

We only issue refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Billing: If you were incorrectly charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• Proven Server Downtime or Technical Failure: If our extension fails to operate as described due to a persistent issue on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

We do not issue refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, lack of available jobs in your area, or failure to secure a job. ORO Talent Hub does not guarantee employment; it is simply a tool to alert you of availability.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@orotalenthub.com. You must include:

• Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
• Your order number or receipt.
• A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including any evidence of technical failure or duplicate billing.

Cancellation

Our product is a one-time payment. There are no ongoing subscriptions to cancel. Once you purchase the extension, you have access according to the terms of your license.
